You can use this simple, on-line pledge form to submit your gift to THE J-FM!  All you need to do is fill out all the necessary information, click the submit button, and your pledge will be submitted to THE J-FM!  All information is kept private, and only your first name and hometown will be mentioned on the air.  You can even keep your first name from being read on the air by clicking the "Anonymous" button.

On that day, The J-FM will share why that day is special to our Day Sponsor with all of our listeners. Day Sponsor contribution is $89.70.
